31- LABELS- Exchange Policy

At 31 Labels, we strive to offer our customers with the most up-to-date fashion at exceptional prices. If you don't like the fit, colour, or design, simply exchange the items after 14 business days of delivery.

Return and Refund:

In case you want to return the product/products, you need to click on the ‘Return/refund’ tab which is added in your E-bill.
Team 31 Labels will then initiate a process of refund of the amount paid by you towards purchase of a product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the product being returned entitles you to a refund. It is further clarified that 31 Labels shall not be required to make any refund or return the product that it deems ineligible for a refund or return based on such quality checks.
Team 31 Labels will make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on your registered mobile number and email address.

The Exchange Procedure

Within 14 days of delivery, if the garment you ordered is not the correct size, we will replace it with the same item as per the required size. You only have to make sure that the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached to it. Team 31 Labels will then assess the reason for the exchange and will process the exchange based on the jurisdiction.

Please Note- The item will not be accepted for exchange if it exceeds the number of days.

The team will send an email to confirm the exchange and provide a return order number.
A pick-up agent will then be assigned to collect the product. Please remember, if the agent receives the items in any other packaging, we will be unable to accept or exchange and will return the package.

In Case of Defective or Damaged Garment

Every product we send out is first quality checked, however, if you receive one that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it as long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that regular wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged item, all you have to do is:

1. Write an email mentioning the reason for the claim along with the pictures of the original product
2. Add order number in the subject line
3. And send it to info@31labels.com

Cancellation of an order prior to delivery:

If you place an order and then decide to return it, simply go to our website, cancel the order, and place another order for the product you desire. Our team will then take care of the rest and process your request!

Terms and Conditions:

If an item you ordered sells out, you will be notified via email as early as possible and offered a suitable substitute.
Please note:
Exchange items will be checked.
Tags should not be removed but maintained.
